Delivery:
All the items on our website are in stock
(unless stated otherwise) and shipped either the same or the
following day. Thus delivery within Australia should take
2 - 5 working days.
If an item received and is damaged or
faulty, please notify us within 2 weeks of order date. Contact
can be made either through the web site's contact page or
by phoning Lisa on 0438080921. We will replace or refund any
faulty products and reimburse you for the expense you incurred
on posting the goods back to us. Please include written documentation
as to what is wrong with the goods.
If you want to exchange an item for any other reason, you
will be required to pay the freight and we should receive
the goods back in the original condition.
Refunds and Exchanges are processed within
48 hours of receipt. Please make sure that your name, address
and phone number is clearly indicated.
Postage and handling:
All postage and handling rates are
clearly displayed prior to completing a transaction so that
you are aware of the final cost incurred.
All items are sent through standard post. If you require registered
or express post this can easily be organised by contacting
